President & CEO
Dr. Dalton works with clients to provide solutions to a wide range of OD/OE issues. In his spare time, he chases his dog and wife around the house.
Dolf Lundgsten, Ph.D
Executive Vice President
Dr. Lundgsten works to drive changes in strategy. In his spare time, he is a chess enthusiast and plays guitar (or, at least he thinks he does).
Andrew Smalls, M.A.
Vice President, Analytics
Dr. Smalls oversees some of the team's advanced analytics challenges. In his spare time...well, he has no spare time because he has three daughters (and wouldn't want it any other way).
